Please review my policies. By confirming appointment and submitting your deposit payment, you are agreeing that you have read and understand my terms of service and my policies. //Refunds// Nail care services are non-refundable. Please contact me directly with issues within 7 days after receiving service to schedule repairs. Due to clients' personal activities outside of the salon, repairs may not be guaranteed beyond the 7 day period following receiving service and additional charges may occur. //Deposits and Cancellation// A 25% deposit is required at time of booking and will be applied to your total at the completion of service. Cancellations and appointment date or time changes must be made no later than 24 hours ahead of original appointment or deposit will be forfeited and an additional deposit must be made in order to reschedule. Please notify me if you are going to be late. If you are later than 15 minutes after your original appointment time with or without notice, your appointment may be marked as "no show" and your deposit will be forfeited. Full payment of the remaining service balance will be required in order to schedule a new appointment. All appointments are non-transferable. //Policies// No additional guests may accompany the client into the suite during service. Companions may wait in the lobby. Please ensure children are of appropriate age to wait alone in the lobby located outside of the suite without disturbing your session or the surrounding businesses. If you are sick or unwell, please cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Appointments are non-transferrable. Please review Deposits and Cancellation Policy. Unless in cases of emergencies, no texting or cell phone use during the entirety of your service. No eating during the entirety of service. Please send 1-2 photo references for your nails at the time of service and appointment request. Send any changes within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time. //Changes to Requested Service// For quality control and accurate scheduling purposes, I do not work over services or products not originally performed or applied by me. Please remove any outside products prior to your appointment with me or professional removal fees will be applied to your service total. Any modifications to your original service request after signing this agreement may result in changes to the balance due at your appointment. Modifications include, but are not limited to changing or changes to the base service, product removal, add-ons, nail art, etc.
